Our society is caught in a conundrum that makes it impossible for us to end our own suffering. Many people who are looking outside of themselves for healing, causing even more pain and confusion.

It’s common, but also dangerous to look for something to blame, someone to give us  permission and direction or some sort of quick fix. This takes us in the opposite direction of true healing.

Blame and fear are opposite of self-empowerment and self-healing. The journey of healing requires us to go within, and to create a new vision by sifting through what already exists internally. We need to practice self-responsibility. Why is it so important to the whole world that we take care of ourselves more wisely and compassionately? In this episode, I’m honored to be joined by esteemed wisdom healer Master Mingtong Gu. He talks about the practises and principles that are vital in the times we’re living in.

3 Things We Learned From This Episode

- Why self-responsibility is critical
The missing piece in our healing is self-responsibility and looking inward instead of outward. The deeper cause of suffering is a lack of a greater responsibility for our emotional and mental states, reactions and behaviors.

- Why we need a collective energetic channel
We don’t access energy effectively with just our personal commitment. We access energy effectively and wisely by connecting with a collective purpose and presence which has no boundary.

- The connection between old struggles and a new vision
Letting go of the past is difficult, we have so much attachment and identification to it. In order to start living a new vision, we have to first heal from the old. Where we were before comes with its own behaviors, patterns, obstacles and zones of comfort. Moving into a new vision is challenging because we have to unlearn all of these self defeating elements.
