The negative vibration and traumas of our world reach all the planes of our current reality; culturally, socially and energetically.
Shifting that vibration to bring forth change is like trying to swim upstream against the prevailing tide. We’re trying to shift our vibration into something that counters the dominant vibration and doing it to such an extent that it spreads and grows.
There’s a real urgency to lean into change right now, and part of the path to change requires us to confront all the ways the trauma has affected us subconsciously.
How can we facilitate real change, and why does that process begin and end with energy? In this episode, chakra-based energy healer, author, and teacher Lisa Erickson talks about how we can move through these times and emerge with a higher vibration.
3 Things We Learned From This Episode
- Trauma needs healing at multiple levels
When we experience trauma, individually and collectively, the information of that experience is stored at various levels energetically. We need to look inward and face the things we might be holding subconsciously in order to truly heal. In order to create a collective healing, we have to shine light into all these planes and release the emotional trauma.
- Change your perspective on money
The internet is a reflection of the energetic planes that need to be healed. There’s a captive audience of people who are looking for inspiration, leadership and resources to reach that healing. When they pay us for what we do, it’s less a capitalist activity and more of an exchange of energy to bring forth healing and change.
- Our goals won’t always unfold the way we want
It takes time, perceived failure and pivots to get to where we want to go. When we have a vision of what we’re trying to create, we have to be open to it not unfolding exactly the way we expected. Working towards something can move you directionally but that doesn’t always get us to our goal immediately.
