For people who are serving a higher purpose, our mental and emotional states are the driving force of everything we do, and we need to maintain a high frequency.
What are some of the factors that compromise our frequency? How can we create a lifespace that allows us to thrive? Why is life design so important in the work we do?
In this episode, I’m joined by soulful thought-leader, licensed therapist, coach, author, founder of The Angry Therapist and JRNI coaching, John Kim.
He shares his unique take on running his business, and his dedication to high-frequency life design.
3 Things We Learned From This Episode
John’s unique approach to authenticity
When you focus too much on the impact you’re making, it can easily
creep into ego and scorekeeping, which will undermine your
authenticity. If we get caught up in the results, we can easily get
caught up in performing our identity, instead of being who we
are.
Don’t start with serving the outside
world
We need to look inward and connect to ourselves
first, instead of trying to start with catering to the
audience. When we start with our own hearts, whatever wisdom
flows will be authentic and honest to us.
Boundaries increase our
vibration
Putting our
phones down and creating boundaries can be hard because it’s our
livelihood, but a key part of life design and taking care of
ourselves is doing things knowing that your time is
valuable.
