In our cultural conversations
about business and entrepreneurship, it often feels like there’s no
room for the vibration of love, gratitude, joy and spaciousness.
Business owners can feel forced to fit into a narrow identity,
which can be incredibly limiting and even toxic.
The great thing about how the
world is shifting is that we can choose our own narrative, and live
and run our business by it.
How can we create a business
that prioritizes high vibration, empathy and connection?
Why are we running our
businesses differently to how we’ve been taught?
In this episode, I’m joined by fellow high vibe entrepreneur and Facebook Ads expert, Jennifer Spivak. We talk about how we’re choosing to refine business and centering our work around what feels good and right.
3 Things We Learned From This Episode
- Why coronavirus didn’t stop our work
In response to the coronavirus
crisis traditional business advice was for us to pause, pull back
and go into hiding, but the effect of not working was
overwhelmingly negative. Providing joyful work and abundance for
our clients and teams is a huge responsibility that drives us to
find alternate ways to keep working.
- How a solid business can still be heart
centered
We can have a
business that’s centered on love, joy, warmth and gratitude while
still having systems, structure and accountability. We don’t have
to choose one side or the other.
-The power of working from the mindset of
abundance
A lot
of the traditional advice we’re given in business comes from a
place of scarcity, fear, and protecting ourselves from people
taking advantage of us. If we work with people because we vibe with
them, and we’re in alignment with them from the start, we won’t
need to be so defensive.
